Confirmation Numbers and Order Numbers are not the same.
A Confirmation Number appears online when you place an order. Use this number only if you do not receive an email containing your Order Number. Customer Service typically refers to the Order Number when checking on an order.

FAQ: “Why didn’t I receive an email to confirm that my order was placed?”
Only Master Users of the account will receive an email regarding order confirmation. If you are a Master User and still did not receive this email, please check My Account to make sure your email address is entered correctly. If your email address is invalid, the confirmation email will not be delivered to you.

FAQ: “How do I know if someone on my account placed a drop ship order online?”
This is a privilege that only Master Users can have. Master Users can opt to receive an email each time a NEW drop ship address is entered. (Shipping Address Notification)
